Please be sure to bring: Drivers License Medical Insurance Card A list of allergies (if you have any) A list of medications you are currently taking Benefit booklet if applicable We will cover your medical history and contact your insurance company for approval. Please have in mind the type of wig unit you are looking to get created so we will know exactly what to tell the insurance company.
